The Marshall Pro scraper was designed by myself with the ability to be adjustable and fit many variations of poles. This was first constructed on a 3D printer to achieve the concept. The part was made as one but this failed in use due to being plastic but the concept was proven to be good. So back to the drawing board and long nights on my computer designing a more rigid and usable product.

The material chosen was aircraft grade aluminium. To make it cost effective I then made the head unit in two parts. From a quick re design now the head unit is fully multi angled and stronger. The material chosen was aircraft grade aluminium. To make it cost effective I then made the head unit in two parts. From a quick re design now the head unit is fully multi angled and stronger. The blades were made from templates from the roof tiles and not from drawings this is to ensure the blades fit perfectly and the size to the pitch of the shape.

Careful thought went into the design regarding weight and fatigue. Adding more weight with the shaped blades meant the head unit needed to be lightened but keep the strength. Now the scraper is fully adjustable and comes with all fittings to suit any pole on the market.
